The problem of the development of education, includ-ing legal education, is one of the most urgent for all countries of the world, including the member States of the European Union. The crea-tion of a single educational space is a goal that the European Union plans to achieve by 2025. The review analyzes approaches to the formation of a single educational space in the context of the pandemic, globalization and Brexit, highlights the features of legal training in the European Union, Great Britain, Switzerland.
