Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of prospects, problems and legal risks of using metaverse technology in various
fields of healthcare. It is shown that this technology has significant potential, although it is at an early stage of development. Nevertheless, the rapid development of technology in the modern world indicates the need for a doctrinal study of the legal status of the metaverse and the development of optimal legal approaches to its regulation in a proactive manner.
