China’s legal culture: history and present day (Review)

Abstract
The review presents publications of Russian and Chinese scientists devoted to the study of the history of the formation
of the Chinese legal tradition and its influence on the modern China’s legal system. The author shows that the formation of the state and law in China took place differently than in Europe. It is became the basis for a unique legal culture that still exists and manifests itself both in the peculiarities of rulemaking and in judicial practice on this state
