Abstract
The article analyzes the latest monographs of Chinese legal scholars who study the history of the development of Chinese law, the influence of traditions and legal culture on the modern legal system of China, its structure, functions and dynamics of development, reveals theoretical discussions about the relationship between law and economics, the influence of the CPC on the legal system and legislation, characterizes new laws and features of the system of branches of law.
