Fight Against Corruption in the Modern World: Anti-Corruption Practices

Abstract

The article analyzes modern legal research on complex, interdisciplinary problems of combating corruption. The creation of effective anti-corruption practices is based on a systematic understanding of corruption as a global problem in the modern world. The research presented in the paper substantiates the direct dependence of the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures on the state of the legal, economic, political, social and cultural spheres of society, the development of information technology and is aimed at finding universal ways to combat corruption. In general, the problems of fighting corruption that are discussed in both Russian and foreign studies are similar, as are the proposed anti-corruption measures, which indicates the common problems that corruption creates and common approaches to countering it.
