Abstract
Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in public life throughout the world. The article analyzes the international legal development of regulation and principles and approaches to the formation of the international law of artificial intelligence, the main directions of international cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence. The first acts in the field of AI adopted by the United Nations, UNESCO, OECD, etc. are being considered.
