Skurko E.V.

Abstract

The application of logic within the research of legal issues is the subject of legal logic studies. Since the traditional theory of logic focuses on formal research methods, it is often unable to offer directly effective approaches to complex practical issues of jurisprudence. Therefore, legal logic is a discipline related to legal thinking and its laws. The essential issues of applying legal logic and the scope of expanding its application in contemporary theory of law and practice are analyzed in the review.
