Development of Legal Approaches to In ternational Regulation of Trade Operations with AI Using the Ex ample of the WTO

Abstract
The issues of regulating international trade in digital technologies using artificial intelligence are considered by the Agree
ment on Technical Barriers to Trade, to which the members of the World Trade Organization are participants. The role of the Agreement in the creation and promotion of transparency tools for solving problems arising from the use of artificial intelligence in various products is revealed. The importance of prioritizing international standards as a basis for regulating artificial intelligence, as defined by the Agreement, is emphasized.
