This review presents new research examining the use of artificial intelligence in medicine and the problems of legal regula tion of relations arising from the expansion of the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the healthcare sector. The article analyzes French and European legislation in terms of ensuring a balance between the interests of patients and the development of AI in medicine. The advantages and risks of using artificial intelligence in various fields of medicine are shown. Based on the analysis of current legislation, various approaches to establishing legal liability for harm caused by intelligent robots are revealed.
