The article is devoted to the scientific substantiation and assessment of the nature, mission, and constitutional foundations of spiritual law. The nature of spiritual law as a super-branch, megabranch, and meta-branch in the system of modern law is considered. The philosophical and legal justification of the mission of spiritual law is provided. The current constitutional regulation of spiritual and moral foundations is analyzed in detail. The author concludes that in order to form spiritual law and ensure its real impact on social relations and people's legal consciousness, it is necessary to codify the principles and norms that define the spiritual and moral foundations of the state, society, and human life through basic laws.
