Is Divine Energy the Inner Spirit and the Source of Action? (Review)

Осавелюк Алексей Михайлович

Abstract

This review, based on scientific and spiritual-moral literature, examines the transformations of modern Russian law, including those occurring under the influence of the amendment included in the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020. Various theories of the essence and effect of law and new conceptual approaches to determining the reasons (“motivating force”) for the effect of law are highlighted. It is noted that in the Russian Federation, the problem of finding a relationship between the “spirit of law” and the letter of the law is of particular relevance. Russia's experience in this matter is unique and requires a special analysis of the existing legislative system and the new trend.
