Strategy as an International Standardized Instrument for Regulating Environmentally and Socially Oriented Corporate (Review)

Abstract

This review examines the impact of ESG strategy mechanisms on the effective implementation of business practices and business operations of a legal entity. The articles and additional literature sources presented in it make it possible to identify the essence of each component of the ESG, as well as to trace the relationship between the institute of information disclosure, its impact on corporate governance, as well as to clearly distinguish the mechanisms of effective environmental corporate governance from the so-called “green camouflage”. Effective corporate governance mechanisms for the company's funds and strategies for attracting equity and investment capital within the framework of the ESG strategy, legal regulation of ESG strategies at the international, including European, level, monitoring systems for the environmental, social and corporate sectors at the internal and external levels, taking into account the high importance of disclosure institutions as fundamental factors in reducing financial risks, are disclosed. and non-financial risks.
