Abstract
Scientific approaches are considered on a number of
theoretical issues. The actual problems concerning the principles of
law, the system of normative legal acts, the typology of law and legal
doctrine are noted. The variants of their understanding and solution
proposed by scientists are revealed. Attention is drawn to the importance of the general theory of law for the sciences that study
branches of law.
