International and domestic principles of climate law

Abstract

The article discusses the principles of legal regulation of climate protection from the negative impact of anthropogenic factors associated with climate change. Based on the analysis of the principles of international climate law, the problems of their application in national legislation are identified. It is emphasized that mutual coordination of international and domestic principles of climate law and their unification into a single system is possible, but this requires the harmonization of environmental, economic and climate law. The author's understanding of the emerging principles of climate law in international and domestic law is presented. The principles of climate policy stipulated by the Climate Doctrine of the Russian Federation are revealed. The position that the principles of climate law have ecological, political, energy and economic contexts is substantiated.
