Compared to the significant and rapidly growing volume of domestic litigation related to climate change issues, the relevant practice of international adjudication forums is limited. At the same time, the current stage of formation of such practice at the international level is only the initial stage. Individual «climate» cases are gradually appearing in various institutions of international justice and quasijudicial bodies. This article presents the results of identifying, summarizing and general analysis of the most significant groups of cases from the practice of international jurisdictional institutions related to climate change.
