Features of the Legal Regulation of Premises: Using the Example of Residential Premises and Apartments

Abstract
This article examines the features of the legal regulation of residential premises as real estate objects, taking into account
the latest changes in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 05/07/2024 N 309 «On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and for the future up to 2036». The article analyzes the issues of the possible legalization of apartments as «conditionally residential» premises in order to resolve issues of ensuring the accessibility and livability of housing.
