Abstract

The article examines the integrative model of state environmental management that is being formed in China. It analyzes the views of legal scholars on the development of state environmental management that contributes to achieving sustainable economic and social development and harmony between man and nature. It reveals a modern understanding of the concept of «ecological civilization», which is of decisive importance for the development of an integrative model of state environmental management in China.
