Abstract
The article reveals the features of the legal policy of the Russian Federation on the preservation of traditional spiritual and moral values in the field of culture. Its general characteristics are given, including the object, subject composition, goals, objectives and main instruments. Particular attention is paid to the institution of state financial support for the preservation of traditional spiritual and moral values in the field of culture. It is emphasized that the main role in the implementation of the designated policy is assigned precisely to the instruments of financial law.
