In the context of digitalization, public administration faces new challenges, including a growing number of administrative offenses committed in the electronic environment. This article analyzes offenses related to traffic violations, the use of digital platforms, electronic document management, online commerce, and other areas. It examines the legal mechanisms for countering such offenses, their optimization, and adaptation to the realities of the digital state. Particular attention is paid to foreign experience in the field of administrative liability, including fines, alternative measures, and digital monitoring tools. A comparative analysis is conducted of administrative enforcement approaches in foreign countries and the legal system of the Republic of Belarus. The necessity of introducing innovative mechanisms that ensure a balance between the effectiveness of enforcement measures and the protection of citizens' rights in the digital environment is substantiated. Practical recommendations are offered for improving administrative and legal regulation to enhance the effectiveness of state control over digital processes.
